Sarah Martin

Compliance Officer & Director of Operations

Sarah Martin joined Atkins Bland in the role of Compliance Manager in March 2020 providing compliance and risk management support to the company, client and staff members.

Having gained over 25 years extensive knowledge in varying compliance and risk management roles in the UK and overseas, Sarah has experienced hands on the rapidly developing areas of new directives, regulation and legislation throughout many an industry helping to implement and embed compliance management frameworks, tools and disciplines within MiFID, AIFMD, Solvency II and EU Money Laundering Directives.

Previously enjoying roles in Hedge Funds, General Insurance, Pensions and Wealth Management companies, Sarah is passionate about the role that compliance and risk management plays in supporting the business function to enhance safety, protect clients and support innovation.

In her spare time, Sarah enjoys spending family time at the beach challenging herself to hardy cold water swims and paddleboarding.

Michelle Withrington

Operations Assistant

Michelle joined Atkins Bland in 2017 after spending 10 years in South East Asia.
